Shipping & Returns Policy’s
We ship to both New Zealand & Australia.
IN NEW ZEALAND;
We use the service ‘Pass the Parcel’ and as at 28/2/2024 the cost is standard for all Urban deliveries across both Islands at $6.35NZD with an additional charge for Rural/Non Urban deliveries of $3.14
This is a tracked courier service. We have a daily courier collection at 1pm, this service has a 1-3 day delivery target.
You also have the option to request a signature on delivery for your parcel for extra security. Please let us know if you need this service via email at hello@augustandirish.co.nz
IN AUSTRALIA;
We use NZ Post - International Air Small Parcel Service. As at 28/2/2024 the cost is standard at $16.31NZD Australia wide.
This is NOT a tracked service, and does not cover PO Boxes and Rural Delivery. We post Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. This service has a 3-10 day delivery target.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I’ve changed my mind....
We are committed to your purchase satisfaction. If you order and receive a product (except sales or other noted product) and your not 100% happy with it for any given reason, contact us at hello@augustandirish.co.nz within 10 days of receiving your product.
What’s the Returns Process?
In the first instance email us, and we will reply with our returning address.
Items will only be accepted to be returned within 5 working days of contacting us. August & Irish are not responsible for your return postage or package whilst in transit. We do recommend the use of a tracked courier service to ensure your return gets safely to us.
Please include your name and contact details with the return also your order number from the original purchase made.
Provided the item is returned in the same original condition as sent to you, we will happily exchange (if available) or refund your payment.
All refunds will be credited in your original payment method.
We cannot refund the original delivery costs or return costs for any product that is returned other than faults or incorrect products sent.
On rare occasions your refund may be declined. This may occur when the product is damaged on arrival to us or not returned in its original condition.
What items are not able to be returned?
We know you’ll choose your items carefully when shopping in our online store! But we can’t offer a return/exchange when buying sales items or any other noted product. That’s unless they are faulty on arrival to you. Then we will gladly follow the below process.
What if my purchase arrives faulty or damaged?
If any product arrives like this, we are so sorry! Please email us at hello@augustandirish.co.nz and we will will pay for the purchase to be sent back to us and send you a replacement (if available) or refund.
We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
